General conditions
Registration, changes, cancellations and payment.
These conditions are draft and have not yet been approved by the organising committee. They will be finalised before registration opens.
Registration
A registration is confirmed only when payment has been received. Until then your place is held but not guaranteed. You will receive written confirmation listing everything you have booked.
Places at this meeting are limited to 160 people in total. Once registration is full we will operate a waiting list.
Changes
Changes to a registration can be made in writing to info@cellwall2027.org up to a cut-off date, after which we can no longer amend catering or dinner numbers with our suppliers.
Change cut-off date and any administration fee to be confirmed
Cancellations and refunds
All cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds are calculated on the date we receive your written cancellation, not the date you decided to cancel.
Refund schedule to be confirmed
Refunds are processed after the meeting has finished. Bank charges and card fees are not refunded.
If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague at no charge up to the change cut-off date, provided they are eligible for the same fee category.
If the meeting cannot go ahead
If the meeting is cancelled or postponed for reasons outside our control, registrations will be transferred to the rescheduled dates or refunded, less any costs already committed on delegates’ behalf that we cannot recover. We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance that covers event cancellation.
Dietary requirements and accessibility
Tell us about dietary requirements and any access needs during registration. We can accommodate most requirements if we know in advance, but not at the door.
Certificates
Certificates of attendance are issued digitally after the meeting.
Privacy
We collect only what we need to run the meeting. Your details are not sold, and they are not shared with sponsors unless you explicitly opt in during registration.
Full privacy statement to be confirmed with the host institution
Code of conduct
All delegates, speakers, sponsors and staff are expected to follow the code of conduct.
