The reception, the excursion and the conference dinner.
Welcome reception
Monday 5 July, evening, at Customs House. Included in the registration fee. Drinks and substantial canapes, immediately after the opening sessions.
Each delegate receives two drink tokens, valid for any drink on the list including non-alcoholic options. Water is freely available throughout. A cash bar operates afterwards.
Excursion
Wednesday 7 July, afternoon. Delegates choose one option when they register. Coaches depart from the venue after lunch.
Excursion options and prices to be confirmed
We are working on two options: one built around Brisbane’s wildlife, and a botanical option. The excursion is booked and paid for during registration, not on the day.
Conference dinner
Thursday 8 July, evening. Not included in the registration fee — book it as an extra when you register.

Free time
Tuesday and Wednesday evenings are unscheduled. We will publish suggestions for places to eat near the venue closer to the meeting, along with a list of things to do in Brisbane.
