How payment works
Payment is not taken on this website. Registration and payment are handled on a separate system, and your card details are never held by the conference.
Booking platform and accepted payment methods to be confirmed
Fees are charged in Australian dollars. If you are paying with a card issued outside Australia, your bank may add a currency conversion fee, which is not something we control or receive.
Invoices and receipts
If the invoice needs to be issued to your institution rather than to you personally, say so during registration. Changing an invoice afterwards is slow and sometimes not possible.
Visa letters
If you need a letter of invitation to support a visa application, you can request one after you have registered and paid. Visitor visas for Australia can take time, so register early if you think you will need one.
